Bauman Legacy

The Bauman Institute is named in honour of Zygmunt and Janina Bauman and serves to carry on their legacy

The archive of Zygmunt and Janina Bauman are now available in the University of Leeds Library Special Collections, and cover a huge number of subjects.

Following a donation by the Bauman family, the Bauman Institute has established a prestigious award entitled the Janina Bauman Prize.

An extensive up-to-date and multilingual bibliography of the published writings of Zygmunt Bauman.
